Proofme.cc is a subscription-based software-as-a-service (SaaS). By subscribing to our service, you agree to pay the monthly subscription fees associated with your chosen plan. You may cancel your subscription at any time. If you cancel, you will not be billed for any subsequent months, and your access to the service will remain active until the end of your current paid billing period.
Unless otherwise required by applicable law, all payments made to proofme.cc are non-refundable. We do not provide refunds or credits for any partial-month subscription periods, unused services, or downgrades.
While our standard policy is strictly non-refundable, we may, at our sole discretion, offer a refund in the following exceptional cases:
If your account is suspended or terminated by proofme.cc due to a violation of our Terms of Service (e.g., spam, malicious activity, abuse of the platform), you will immediately lose access to the service and will not be eligible for any refund, full or partial.
If you believe you qualify for an exception or need help with your billing, please contact our support team. All requests must be submitted within 7 days of the original charge.
