Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Subscription and Cancellation

Proofme.cc is a subscription-based software-as-a-service (SaaS). By subscribing to our service, you agree to pay the monthly subscription fees associated with your chosen plan. You may cancel your subscription at any time. If you cancel, you will not be billed for any subsequent months, and your access to the service will remain active until the end of your current paid billing period.

2. No Refunds for Partial Months

Unless otherwise required by applicable law, all payments made to proofme.cc are non-refundable. We do not provide refunds or credits for any partial-month subscription periods, unused services, or downgrades.

3. Exceptional Circumstances

While our standard policy is strictly non-refundable, we may, at our sole discretion, offer a refund in the following exceptional cases:

  • Major Technical Issues: If a continuous technical bug or server issue on our end prevents you from using the core features of the service, and our support team is unable to resolve it within a reasonable timeframe.
  • Accidental Double Charges: If a billing error results in you being charged multiple times for the same subscription period.

4. Abuse of Service and Terms Violations

If your account is suspended or terminated by proofme.cc due to a violation of our Terms of Service (e.g., spam, malicious activity, abuse of the platform), you will immediately lose access to the service and will not be eligible for any refund, full or partial.

5. How to Request Assistance

If you believe you qualify for an exception or need help with your billing, please contact our support team. All requests must be submitted within 7 days of the original charge.
